To do so, tap the reset button for at least 10 seconds until hearing the indicating beep tone. You can find the reset button just in front of the Sensor. But if the Sensor still does not respond, you have to replace the old battery with a new one. If this sensor is not placed on metal, I would then recommend replacing its battery. You can either use a new CR-2032 Lithium 3V battery, or swap out a battery from another working Entry Sensor of yours. If you still experience this same issue even with a new battery, it could be an issue with the sensor itself.
