I've been doing doordash for two years and never once have I accepted an order that wasn't worth while. My acceptance rate has gotten as low as 0% (it only tracks your most recent 100 offers) and there have never been any repercussions. The only thing I would be careful about is unassigning an order after you have already accepted it.
