The ECM might need to see itself out of limp mode, which would mean connecting the missing parts back on for it to see them to pop out of limp mode, and be tuned.P0218 is a fluid temp issue. P0988 is also a fluid pressure issue. The last 3 will most likely be caused by the first. You can't get it to work in any gear other than 1st when you start from a stop and 4th. That's what limp mode is. The truck is protecting what's left of the transmission. The codes have to be cleared to get it out of limp.
