I feel while both are the same style pistol the Staccato is a step above the Prodigy. I do believe the Prodigy can be close to the Staccato but it will need some refinement and tunning. Am happy about the Mag availability though.

And for what actually matters for AIWB concealment - it doesn't look like there's any perceivable difference at all in the grip length. CoolE. I have a Staccato P Host on the way. I really wanted the DVC P but couldn’t see why it’s $1000 more than the Staccato P or $500 more than the Staccato P host. And already have a railed. X9 so it should prove tb a fair comparison. I can carry a full-size 1911 without any trouble and I’m wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a really good IWB holster that might allow me to carry the larger pistol more comfortably.There seems to be only about a half inch difference in the grip length of the C2 compared to the P. Went and shot a Staccato XC in 9 last night at a local range. Been looking into a Staccato for another carry piece, but been torn between the C2, P, and XC model for IWB carry. I carry my Glock 19x with an RMR at the 1/1:30 position, not quite AIWB, but not 3 o’clock strong side. The CS is a little bit snappier than the C2, but fits better in the hand for many and is a little easier to conceal. As for the magazines, the C2 is compatible with the rest of the Staccato family while the CS is not.
