From my subreddit sleuthing, it seems that the bad pop-up isn't always accurate (unlike the good pop-up). SOme people get a bad pop up and actually have a passed official result. 1.Tried an hour after writing the exam. Got the good pop up. Tip: if you don't want to use your credit card or a prepaid card, just put in your credit card numbers but change the expiration date. You'll still get the good pop up, but if you don't, you won't have to pay for the exam at that exact moment either. 2.
