Although can be weird with how quick volatile is procd, they do but it's inconsistent SOMETIMES based on if you kill the enemy with volatile or the weapon. Weapon kills won't proc bloom but volatile damage does. I didn't like it because it made harmonic siphon and orb generation very unreliable to proc devour.

Also you can craft an enhanced 4th times + enhanced target lock roll and go ham with it. Extra 45% dps and extra 2 shots on every 4 crits. Paired with divinity, you could basically get around 180 bullets in 1 mag.
