Enclave flamer uses Rifleman perks. You're gonna need the Rifleman perks for it due to some bizarre FO76 logic. AA if you’re not bloodied. But bloodied does the most damage. FYI, it is affected by rifleman perks not commando. As said previously AA or bloodied. AA/B, FFR/50VC, 25AP. Calibrated beta wave tuner. As far as the enclave plasma flamer, generally the same as the others, AA, bloodied, vampires, etc. quad is useless. I have a 2* AA/ap regen on kill and it slaughters everything. I would probably keep rolling for a vampires (I have a 2 plasma flamers) but I’m keeping the AA for sure.
