Good luck out there. Targeted loot, no specific way. it's a world drop, best way to farm it is backpack targeted loot. Ask a hunter nicely he will direct you to the Outcast who made it for him. Targeted loot is good, open your exotic caches as well. Don't worry dude I've been farming solid for 4 weeks and no dice. For one thing, you only need to pick up all the confirmed kills when you're first building your stacks. Once you have full stacks, you only need to refresh. For another, the best Memento builds will use the kill confirmed buff in combat, because you'll get more awesome stuff like weapon damage and bonus armor whatnot.If you want a Lady Death, farm SMGs areas/missions. If you want a Chameleon, farm ARs. If you want Memento Backpack, farm Backpacks. Etc. To get Exotic components, required to re roll an Exotic, you have to deconstruct Exotic items.
